Electronics Engineer – Board Design & System Development

A leading defense company is seeking a Board Design & Systems Development Engineer to join our cutting-edge R&D team.

Role Overview:

• Design and development of advanced digital electronic boards
• Fast learning capabilities, strong analytical skills, and broad system-level understanding
• Participation in full system architecture: specifications, board selection/design, wiring definition, integration, and testing
• Combination of office and field work
• Ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment
• Close collaboration with system engineers, procurement, manufacturing, assembly teams, and subcontractors
• End-to-end responsibility from development through system delivery to the customer

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering – Mandatory
• At least 3 years of proven experience as a Board Designer – Mandatory
• Experience designing digital circuits such as Ethernet, CPU, and FPGA
• Hands-on experience throughout the full development lifecycle, leading a board from concept to serial production
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, multi-task environment
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
