Backend / Automation Engineer

About the Productive family:

Productive specializes in developing digital products and delivering end-to-end technological solutions, including e-commerce platforms, custom systems, and Web & Mobile applications.

The role includes:

Developing integrations and automations, backend services, and infrastructure components.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in Python development
• Including working with backend libraries, service development, API processes, JSON, and REST.
• Proven experience in automation development using Selenium / Selenium WebDriver
• Including building automation frameworks from scratch, writing tests, Page Object Model, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with AWS

Backend & Automation Skills:

• Experience writing automated tests for Web and API systems.
• Experience working with databases (SQL / NoSQL) — especially MongoDB.
• Experience building services/microservices in Python.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD — GitHub Actions / GitLab / Jenkins.
• Ability to analyze server-side and client-side issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Ability to create automated processes for development and QA infrastructure.
