Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tech Support Junior at our Kfar Saba location. The Tech Support Junior will be responsible for providing technical support, conducting troubleshooting, assisting customers with inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the overall IT infrastructure. Daily tasks will involve addressing technical issues, analyzing problems, and offering solutions to maintain client systems.

• Analytical Skills
• Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Basic knowledge in IT and cybersecurity solutions
