A performance marketing company specializing in large-scale campaigns for top global brands in the U.S. is looking for a lead marketing expert with a gift for developing relationships who understands numbers, optimization, and results - and knows how to translate that into real business growth.

The Role in a Nutshell:

This isn't a classic Sales or Business Development role.

This is for Performance Marketing professionals who want to evolve strategically – manage key accounts, lead growth strategies, and impact business results on a global scale.

What you'll do:

• Manage and grow strategic client accounts, ensuring strong long-term partnerships.
• Oversee Performance Marketing strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat
• Identify data-driven Upsell and Cross-sell opportunities based on performance
• Analyze campaign performance and lead optimization strategies
• Collaborate with media, creative, and analytics teams
• Present performance reviews and strategic recommendations to clients
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, combining strategic insights with hands-on performance

expertise.

• Participate in international conferences or client meetings abroad (when needed)

Who are we looking for?:

Someone coming from Performance Marketing / User acquisition roles who wants to grow into a more strategic role:

• 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing / Media Buying / Growth Marketing
• Experience managing significant budgets on Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat
• Strong analytical skills – working with Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar tools
• Native-level English (written & spoken) – essential for working with U.S. clients
• Ability to translate data into business recommendations and lead strategic conversations
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
