About the RoleAs a Solutions Consultant, you will lead the technical side of the sales process end-to-end. You’ll conduct product demos, manage POCs, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
You will work closely with the teams responsible for driving revenue growth across new opportunities, customer expansions, and renewals. Together, you’ll design and execute technical-commercial strategies that increase win rates, accelerate adoption of new capabilities, and expand the value customers gain from our IT solutions.
Beyond the sales cycle, you will share your expertise across the organization -building internal enablement, contributing to technical marketing content, and delivering product sessions, webinars, and other knowledge-driven initiatives that strengthen both our customer success and our market presence.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with customer-facing work: presenting solutions, solving complex challenges, and guiding customers toward the right outcomes while working cross-functionally to continuously improve how we sell our IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities· Deliver live product demonstrations, POCs, workshops, and webinars that clearly showcase product value and solve real customer challenges.
· Lead the technical workstream in the sales cycle, translating customer needs into tailored solutions across our IT product portfolio.
· Provide professional technical support to marketing and sales initiatives, ensuring alignment between technical capabilities and commercial messaging.
· Build and deliver technical enablement for employees, customers, and channel partners - including training sessions, deep-dive workshops, and hands-on learning programs.
· Collaborate closely with the team to design and execute technical-commercial strategies that drive higher win rates, faster adoption, and meaningful customer expansion.
· Continuously learn and master new technologies, product updates, and industry best practices, becoming a subject-matter expert customers and internal teams rely on.
· Develop high-quality technical materials - documentation, presentations, use-case guides, and internal playbooks - to support scalable growth and improve the technical-sales methodology.
· Gather customer insights and feedback to help influence product roadmap, improve positioning, and strengthen overall market readiness.
Skills & Qualifications· At least 5 years of hands-on IT experience, with proven expertise across core domains such as endpoint management, infrastructure, monitoring, security, identity and access management, networking, and IT service management.
· Strong self-learning ability and a continuous-learning mindset, with the capacity to quickly master new technologies.
· Strong technical aptitude with the ability to clearly explain complex solutions clearly.
· Proven experience delivering demos and managing POCs with enterprise customers.
· Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions and architectures.
· Experience preparing technical documentation, including SOWs, architectures, and workflow designs.
· Genuine enthusiasm for the IT world and its evolving disciplines, with broad technological curiosity.
· Bachelor’s degree and full professional fluency in both English and Hebrew.
