A high-tech company in Ra'anana is looking for an SDR (Maternity Leave Replacement)
Location: Ra'anana, Israel
Job Description
This role focuses on creating new sales opportunities with prospective (or renewing) customers, driving them forward, and supporting the sales process until completion.
The SDR is positioned at the earliest stage of the sales cycle, responsible for identifying potential customers and generating sales opportunities through outbound outreach, nurturing the lead, and supporting the sales cycle end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
• Proactive market research, identifying organizations and potential contacts, and initiating first engagement.
• Identifying customer needs and gathering relevant business information.
• Creating interest and presenting Qlik’s platform as a suitable business solution.
• Scheduling meetings with qualified or strategic leads and generating new opportunities.
• Supporting the sales process from initial contact to closure, as well as assisting all marketing-related activities.
• Back-office tasks to support operational handling of existing customers.
• Continuous learning and understanding of the company’s solutions, including the ability to present and demonstrate them.
• Updating company systems/files, including SFDC (Salesforce), and generating follow-up reports.
Requirements
• Proven experience in B2B sales within the Israeli business market (telemarketing/telemeeting) – at least one year (must).
• High willingness to perform extensive phone-based work.
• Strong familiarity and understanding of the Israeli business landscape; strong business awareness.
• Fluent English (reading & writing).
• Familiarity with information systems – an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems / Business Administration / Economics / Communications – an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure while meeting challenging targets.
• Excellent verbal skills and strong persuasion abilities.
