QA Team Lead (Maternity Leave Cover)

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated QA Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you will lead a team of QA engineers and take ownership of our entire quality assurance process, from strategy to execution.

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage and mentor a team of QA engineers, including task delegation, providing feedback, and fostering professional development
• Build and implement a comprehensive test plan, defining methodologies and tools to improve the testing process
• Take ownership of the entire testing lifecycle, from manual and automation to performance and regression testing
• Work closely with dev and product teams to understand requirements, manage bugs, and ensure a high-quality product
• Create and maintain test documents (STD, STP, STR) and analyze test results for data-driven decision-making
  
  

• At least 3 years of experience as a QA Engineer, with at least one year in a team lead or management role
• Knowledge and experience with SQL. Knowledge of JavaScript is a plus
• Experience working with bug management systems like Jira
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Strong leadership, motivation, time management, and task delegation skills
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team, along with excellent communication skills
