Quality Manager – Programs & R&D - Netanya Site

Elbit Systems is seeking a Quality Manager for Programs and R&D to join our Netanya site

Responsibilities

Lead quality management across business units and R&D (system, hardware, and software), from proposal phase to customer delivery

Conduct internal quality audits

Prepare for and support external quality audits

Respond to quality requirements in tenders

Monitor program quality KPIs

Lead cross-organizational quality initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Exact Sciences, or Management

Degree in Quality Engineering or CQE/CQM certification – advantage

Previous experience in development or integration roles – advantage

Minimum 5 years of experience leading complex projects or processes

Familiarity with hardware or software development processes and Agile methodologies – advantage

Experience in development-to-production transfer

Knowledge of AS9100 quality standards

Proven experience in matrix management with multiple interfaces

Strong leadership, process ownership, and dynamic approach

High attention to detail, organization, and structure

Excellent English (spoken and written)

Willingness to travel abroad as needed
