• Daily operation of a crystal growth room using unique and advanced technologies
• Development and optimization of a proprietary crystal growth process
• Hands-on work with full responsibility for all growth stages
• Operation and maintenance of growth systems and additional equipment
• In-depth understanding of all growth tools and instruments
• Writing process reports, production files, and work instructions
• Working part of the time in a cleanroom environment, requiring extended use of protective gear
• Working on a daily basis with hazardous materials, strictly following the company’s safety protocols

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or Materials Engineering (Engineer or Practical Engineer)
• At least 3 years of experience in a technical role
• Strong hands-on capabilities and high technical aptitude – must
• Ability to work independently and drive projects forward
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
