Senior Real Estate Sales and Marketing Manager

A well established and highly successful income producing real estate company is seeking a senior manager to lead its Office Real Estate activity.

This role combines hands on responsibility for marketing and leasing premium office properties with direct professional management of the office marketing team.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with strong market presence, deep understanding of the office sector and the ability to drive large scale transactions from end to end while mentoring and guiding a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the office marketing team, including guidance, training, oversight of their work and continuous professional development.
• Take ownership of the marketing and leasing of selected flagship office buildings.
• Initiate, structure and close significant commercial leasing transactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, architects, suppliers, project managers and commercial clients.
• Proactively generate leads and identify new opportunities in the office market.
• Manage negotiation processes and oversee the full leasing cycle from first contact to signed agreement.
• Monitor performance metrics, review data and continuously improve work processes.
• Stay fully up to date with market trends, competition and client needs.

This is a full time, senior level role from the company’s offices.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in office real estate leasing, sales or marketing.
• Strong familiarity with the office market ecosystem and key players.
• Proven track record leading large, complex transactions A-Z.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a charismatic, persuasive personality.
• Ability to lead a team professionally, even without prior formal managerial title.
• Deep understanding of how office lease agreements are structured and negotiated.
• High level of independence and drive, with the ability to work toward ambitious targets.
