Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Central Israel for Investment Counsel.

The lawyer hired will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including: working as part of a US based team, drafting and negotiating investment documents, performing legal due diligence, assisting with assorted operational matters, etc. Candidate will contribute to the delivery of high-quality legal consulting services by supporting client interactions, conducting research, preparing necessary documentation, and ensuring compliance with legal standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in drafting English investment documents

• Experience advising on US corporate and regulatory matters

• Strong English drafting and negotiation skills

.

• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team

.

Willingness to do senior and junior tasks as needed.

• Availability to work evenings and Fridays when necessary
