Product Designer

We're Hiring: UX/UI Product Designer | SAP UI5 Expert

We are seeking a seasoned UX/UI Product Designer with a strong ability to translate complex ideas into intuitive, user-centric experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, small-scale environment and enjoys owning projects end-to-end, from research to delivery.

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Apply graphic and UX concepts to enhance digital products across the organization.
• Lead or contribute to complex projects across all stages: user research (metrics, interviews, usability testing), initial requirement definition, user journey mapping, concept creation, and full specification writing.
• Define the overall UI/UX strategy, roadmap, and execution plan to achieve top-tier user experience.
• Collaborate closely with clients and partners to create user journey maps and storyboards.
• Translate complex information into clear, accessible user flows and visual structures.
• Work cross-functionally with all internal teams to support design needs across the organization.

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI roles.
• Mandatory: Proven experience designing SAP UI5 user experiences.
• Hands-on experience with design tools such as Adobe Suite, Principle, InVision, Zeplin, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop.
