What will you do?
✅ Provide technical support to company employees (600+ users) and trading rooms
✅ Troubleshoot software, hardware, network, and VOIP issues
✅ Install, configure, and update IT systems
✅ Manage users and permissions in Active Directory and Office 365
What do you need to bring?
🎯 At least one year of experience in Helpdesk – required (military experience counts)
🎯 Knowledge of Active Directory, troubleshooting IT issues, and network communications – required
🎯 Strong customer service orientation, teamwork, and excellent interpersonal skills
🎯 Problem-solving abilities and a fast-learning mindset
