Electronics Engineer – Electro-Optical & Tactical Systems

We are seeking a talented Electronics Engineer to join our multidisciplinary R&D team and take a key role in developing advanced electro-optical observation and tactical systems. This position involves hands-on hardware design, system integration, verification testing, and support for rugged, mission-critical platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop main electronic boards for advanced observation head systems.
• Integrate sensors, cameras, RF modules, converters, and interface units within complex electro-optical platforms.
• Plan and design wiring harnesses, cabling, and electrical routing with emphasis on EMI/EMC compliance and system reliability.
• Execute hardware validation and environmental testing (−30°C to +60°C) to ensure robust field performance.
• Investigate field issues, perform root-cause analysis, interpret logs, and support real-time system troubleshooting.
• Work closely with mechanical, software, and system engineering teams across all development phases.
• Lead configuration updates and implement engineering changes for existing platforms and new product versions.
• Generate full documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, test reports, and manufacturing transfer packages.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical / Electronics Engineering – mandatory.
• 3+ years of experience in hardware development, integration, or testing of complex electro-optical or multidisciplinary systems.
• Strong knowledge of DC power systems, converters, power supplies, controllers, and communication interfaces (RS232/485, Ethernet).
• Experience with ruggedized, military, or industrial systems: wiring, integration, and environmental testing.
• Advantage: Experience with PTZ cameras, thermal sensors, or integration with PT controllers.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and hardware documentation.
• High-level technical English – mandatory.
