Responsibilities

• Quarterly review and control of the partnerships’ NAV.
• Working on the partnership’s annual reports in coordination with an external CPA firm.
• Handling Israeli and international tax matters.
• Oversight of overseas bookkeeping.
• Working with foreign CPA firms.

Qualifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – mandatory.
• 2–3 years of post-internship experience – mandatory.
• High-level English – mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Office applications – mandatory.
• Experience and background in real estate – a significant advantage.
