Asio Technologies is seeking an Android Developer to lead the development of advanced, high-performance Android applications that support our cutting-edge defense technologies. This role includes end-of-the-end ownership of mobile development, architectural decision-making, and hands-on implementation of complex features. The ideal candidate brings deep Android expertise, strong coding capabilities, and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and test high-quality Android applications
Collaborate closely with product, design, and QA teams
Take part in architectural and technical design decisions
Build robust, scalable, and maintainable app solutions
Write clean, efficient, well-structured code
Participate in code reviews and help improve development best practices
Stay current with modern Android technologies and trends

Requirements:

B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in Android development
Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java – Must
Solid understanding of the Android SDK and MVVM architecture
Experience with key Android libraries: Retrofit, Jetpack components, Material Design
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Excellent debugging abilities
