Business Analyst Team Lead

What You Will Be Doing

• Identify opportunities for revenue growth and recommend data-driven strategies
• Build comprehensive pricing strategies, models and measure P&L for different projects
• Manage a team of analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development
• Analyze sales performance and customer behavior data to uncover actionable insights
• Build and maintain real-time dashboards and reporting tools using Excel, SQL, and BI platforms (e.g., Power BI)
• Develop and maintain sales forecasting models to support planning and performance
• Monitor KPIs, profitability, and conversion trends—translating data into clear business recommendations
• Lead cross-functional data projects from scoping through execution in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Prepare presentations for monthly reviews
• Communicate complex data in a clear, compelling way to both technical and non-technical audiences
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in an analytical role, ideally in sales or e-commerce within a digital/product-focused company
• Experience managing analysts or demonstrated leadership experience in guiding analyst teams and stakeholders
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL, with hands-on experience building dashboards and reports
• Strong command of BI tools such as Power BI, Databricks or similar
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with modern data systems and infrastructure
• Excellent analytical thinking and a strong business-oriented mindset
• Clear and confident communicator with the ability to tell a compelling story through data
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and a proactive, independent working style
• Strong multitasking and time management skills with the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
• Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
