Supplier & Materials Quality Assurance

A great opportunity to join a leading biopharmaceutical company in a key role within the Quality Department.

The position includes responsibility for managing and monitoring the quality of suppliers, controlled materials, and subcontractors in Israel and abroad, within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. The role involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and leading significant quality-related projects.

Role Description:

• Managing the supplier and subcontractor qualification process, including ongoing oversight throughout the supplier lifecycle.
• Qualification of controlled materials.
• Ongoing collaboration with cross-functional teams (such as Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality Assurance, Marketing & Regulatory Affairs).
• Maintaining continuous communication with suppliers and subcontractors in Israel and abroad on quality matters.
• Managing supplier quality activities: quality agreements, supplier audits, change notifications, supplier complaints.
• Participating in preparation for regulatory inspections and conducting internal audits.
• Providing ongoing support for projects and change processes within the Quality Department.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Chemistry / Microbiology / Biotechnology / Life Sciences – mandatory.
• High-level Hebrew and English (writing, reading, speaking) – mandatory.
• At least 2 years of experience in a quality role within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment – mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience working with multiple interfaces – internal and external.
