Procurement Follow-Up Specialist

Join IDE Technologies as a Procurement Follow-Up Specialist to ensure the timely delivery, quality, and scheduling adherence of critical project supplies. This role has a direct and significant impact on the company's operational progress.

• End-to-End Responsibility: Own the full Purchase Order (P.O.) lifecycle, from the issuance of the order and work command to manufacturing, through to the final delivery of the equipment/materials.
• Supplier Performance Management: Proactively manage and monitor supplier performance regarding delivery schedules, manufacturing quality, progress reporting and scheduling adherence.
• Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with contractual obligations and client requirements throughout the procurement and supply chain process, coordinating between internal and external interfaces.
• Tracking and Reporting: Establish, manage, and maintain comprehensive tracking and reporting systems tailored to project needs, utilizing the Priority ERP system, dedicated reports, and other BI tools.
• Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for follow-up activities, working closely with engineering, logistics, quality control, and manufacturing teams.
  

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management or a practical Engineering degree (Mandatory).
• Proven experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, PMO, or Manufacturing/Expediting roles (Mandatory).
• Experience in expediting/follow-up activities related to equipment supply and delivery (Advantage).
• Experience working for global, project-based companies (Advantage).
• Experience collecting, consolidating, and refining data from various interfaces (including Priority ERP, Excel, and BI tools) (Advantage).
• High proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Full proficiency in computer applications, with advanced-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Willingness to travel abroad as needed.
