As the Games Operations Manager at Dividandy, you will be the backbone of our operational execution. You will manage the end-to-end operational setup of events, tournaments, achievements, quests, and offers/sales, ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time, and with high accuracy. This role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, deep understanding of our revenue model and the mindset of our players and the ability to follow processes and instructions precisely. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all operational elements are delivered exactly as requested and functioning correctly in the live environment.

• Execute the configuration of events, tournaments, features, in-app settings, and operational updates following predefined guidelines and briefs.
• Ensure all configurations are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
• Perform technical checks to verify that events, configurations, and product updates are running correctly in the live environment.
• Work closely with Product, Monetization, and Economy to clarify requirements and ensure smooth operational delivery.
• Maintain documentation of changes, configurations, and processes as part of operational standards.
• Flag issues proactively and coordinate with the relevant teams for quick resolution.
• Follow established workflows, checklists, and operational procedures to ensure consistency and quality.

• 1–3 years of experience in operational execution roles in mobile gaming, fintech, social casino, iGaming, trading apps, or similar digital product environments.
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over accurate execution.
• Ability to follow instructions, established processes, and operational frameworks precisely.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Basic understanding of digital products or games and how features or events are configured.
• Comfortable working with internal tools, configuration systems, CMS platforms, or similar operational software.
• Great interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with team members and other teams across the business.
• A proactive, responsible, and reliable approach to work - especially when handling live environments.
