Zesty is a startup company specializing in automated optimization solutions, aiming to help organizations reduce costs and enhance operational efficiency. The company offers a range of products designed for DevOps and FinOps teams responsible for managing cloud usage within organizations.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a Product Designer who’s excited by the challenge of making complex technology feel effortless. At Zesty, you’ll design end-to-end experiences, from ideation and discovery to prototyping, execution, and validation, helping to simplify the world of cloud infrastructure for our customers.

You’ll work closely with Product, R&D, DevOps, and customers to shape tools that are both powerful and easy to use. This is an opportunity to join a highly collaborative environment where designers have real ownership and impact.

Your Ownership Will Include

• Own the design process end to end, from research and ideation through to visual design and validation
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and DevOps to create intuitive, user-centered solutions
• Translate complex technical concepts into simple, clear, and beautiful interfaces
• Conduct user research and usability testing with internal and external users
• Create wireframes, flows, prototypes, and polished designs for new and existing features
• Contribute to and evolve our design system to maintain visual and functional consistency
• Continuously learn about the product’s technical context to inform design decisions
  
  

• 2-4 years of product design experience, ideally in SaaS or B2B environments
• Portfolio showing end-to-end design work, from discovery to execution.
• Understanding of the full product design process - research, ideation, prototyping, validation, and delivery.
• Ability to simplify complex, technical information into clear and intuitive user experiences
• Curiosity and eagerness to dive into technical domains (e.g. cloud, DevOps, infrastructure)
• Proficiency in Figma for UX/UI design, prototyping, and working with design systems
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with Product, R&D, and other stakeholders
• Attention to detail and a high standard for design quality and consistency
• Growth mindset, open to feedback and continuous learning
  
  

• Experience in creating design systems and component libraries
• Knowledge of user analytics tools (e.g. Hotjar, Amplitude, Mixpanel) to support design decisions
• Passion for simplifying complexity and improving workflows for technical users
