Role Overview

We are seeking a highly capable Quality Manager to lead BeeSense’s Quality Management System and ensure operational and engineering excellence across the organization. The role includes end-to-end responsibility for quality processes spanning R&D, Operations, Engineering, and Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, maintain, and continuously improve the company’s Quality Management System

• Conduct internal quality audits and external supplier audits

• Oversee documentation control, data governance, and structured change-management processes

• Manage non-conformities, drive root-cause investigations, implement corrective/preventive actions, and oversee MRB activities

• Monitor and maintain quality-related infrastructure, including measurement & monitoring equipment and ESD controls

• Interface with certification bodies, customers, and internal stakeholders on all quality matters

Qualifications

• Relevant engineering degree

• Proven experience managing Quality Management Systems, including strong knowledge of ISO9001:2015 and AS9100 standards

• Basic background in electro-optics – an advantage

• Strong systems-thinking abilities in multidisciplinary engineering environments

• Excellent analytical skills and high interpersonal competence, including data-driven analysis and organizational training

• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

• Familiarity with quality standards and regulatory frameworks
