YHM is expanding - and we’re looking for a top-tier SaaS Solutions Engineer to join our growing technical team.

About the Role
As a SaaS Solutions Engineer at YHM, you will be the technical lead in customer engagements - joining discovery calls, understanding pain points, designing solutions, and supporting the commercial process.
You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Professional Services, and leading global vendors across MDM, EDR, identity, asset management, collaboration, and more.
This is a hybrid role combining:
- Technical Pre-Sales (discovery, demos, architecture)
- Solution Engineering (MDM, EDR, Mail Security, Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.)
- Commercial Support (scoping, sizing, solution design)
What You’ll Do:
- Lead technical discovery with customers
- Translate business pain into clear technical requirements
- Architect SaaS solutions from YHM’s product stack
- Run demos & technical deep dives
- Build solution scopes, sizing, and inputs for proposals
- Work hand-in-hand with our Professional Services team
- Become the internal expert for your vendor portfolio
Requirements:
Must-Have:
- 2–5 years in IT, SaaS, cloud, or cyber
- Hands-on experience with MDM platforms - specifically JumpCloud and Kandji
- Strong understanding of identity/SSO, EDR/security, and Google Workspace/M365
- Experience with SaaS tools such as Zoom, Setyl, CrowdStrike, etc.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in technical meetings
- Ability to explain complex concepts in simple language
- High ownership, independence, and speed
- Strong English (spoken and written)
Nice to Have:
- Experience in pre-sales or professional services
- Technical certifications (security, networking, SaaS)
- AWS Certifications (e.g., Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect)
- Apple ecosystem experience
- Familiarity with Priority or CRM systems
