Responsibilities

Job Description:

• Serve as the main point of contact and liaison between clients and the rest of the company departments and team leaders
• Daily work with Developers & Designers
• Responsibility for building strong relationships with our clients to understand their needs and ensure their success
• Responsibility for defining, distributing, tracking and delivering projects tasks and milestones on time
• Manage the team assignments and priorities based on the roadmap, incoming requests and ongoing maintenance
• Responsibility for translating customer demands to actionable feedback for R&D while tracking overall quality, performance and maintainability
  
  

• Relevant Bachelor's degree. Engineering degree – an advantage.
• Experience in a customer-facing position
• Strong technical skills, along with a business sense
• Attentive to details, responsible, reliable, and successful with minimum supervision under tight deadlines
• Excellent project management skills with an ability to multitask and manage time well
• Strong communication skills and excellent English, required to communicate daily with global teams
• Practical experience in Web Projects Management – Working directly with Developers & Designers
• A team player with a great attitude and social skills that can lead a team to the desired results
• A fast learner that can understand complex Web Products (CRM, E-Commerce, Applications, Automations)
  
  

• Superior organizational and administrative skills
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to deliver
• Have a 'wide angle' vision and system wide perspective of software and online products
• Outgoing and personable and takes pride in being a positive, helpful presence around the office
