Operational Excellence Manager

A leading consumer goods group is hiring an experienced Operational Excellence Manager for its manufacturing plant in Bnei Brak.

This position is 100% focused on Operational Excellence, leading strategy, and driving continuous improvement across all departments.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Build and implement the Operational Excellence strategy according to organizational goals
• Coach, mentor and support managers and employees in applying OE tools and sustaining an excellence culture
• Deepen OE knowledge across the plant, update tools and expand their use
• Develop and integrate work standards and methodologies across departments
• Lead PDCA-based continuous improvement, problem-solving events and cross-plant projects
• Analyze organizational performance, identify gaps and present data-driven solutions
• Track KPIs, measure effectiveness and drive ongoing improvement
• Support organizational training in Operational Excellence
• Build annual work plans and ensure their implementation and monitoring
• Lead and embed change processes across the plant
• Ensure integration and information flow between all departments
• Manage internal and external partnerships to support plant objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Academic degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering- MUST
• 7+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, Organization & Methods or project management in industrial or logistics environments - MUST
• Proven matrix management and experience leading complex projects - MUST
• Experience leading change processes and implementing Lean methodologies - An Advantage
• Strong familiarity with OE tools and how they support and strengthen organizational culture
