Senior Project Manager – ERP Replacement 234193

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead a full-scale ERP replacement project. This is a high-impact role, working closely with senior management and multiple business units including Finance, Operations, Procurement, Sales, and HR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end ERP projects: needs assessment, solution selection, implementation, testing, deployment, and go-live.
• Manage vendors and integrators, including contracts, timelines, budgets, and project milestones.
• Oversee risk management, task prioritization, and coordination between IT and business teams.
• Drive organizational change and adoption, including user training and support.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in technology project management.
• 3+ years of proven experience leading ERP implementation or replacement projects.
• Experience managing a large ERP project in a medium or large organization.
• Strong knowledge of SAP or Oracle ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder teams in a matrix environment.
• Experience working with external vendors and integrators, including negotiation and performance monitoring.
• Relevant academic degree (Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or similar).
• Native-level Hebrew and strong English (written and spoken).

Preferred:

• Experience in industrial, retail, logistics, or automotive sectors.
• Familiarity with cloud-based ERP (SaaS) and system integrations.
• Experience with Oracle and AS400 environments is a strong advantage.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Agile are a plus.
