The RoleAs Dono’s Senior Product Manager, you’ll lead the effort to turn our vision into customer-validated, scalable products. You’ll own the entire product cycle - from discovery to delivery - identifying user friction points, prioritizing what matters most, and ensuring the team ships meaningful improvements every release.
You’ll work closely with the founders and engineering leadership to define priorities, craft roadmaps, and build the product foundation that will scale Dono’s platform across new markets and customer segments.
What You’ll Do- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery, grounded in customer and data insights.
- Dedicate substantial focus to translating strategy into action, ensuring requirements are clear, teams are aligned, and execution runs smoothly.
- Identify activation and retention challenges through analytics and user research, then lead experiments to drive engagement.
- Collaborate with engineering to scope, plan, and deliver high-quality releases at a predictable pace.
- Develop and maintain a clear, data-driven roadmap balancing quick wins with long-term bets.
- Establish and scale lightweight product rituals (intake, prioritization, roadmap reviews) that strengthen product discipline across the company.
- Communicate context and decisions clearly across teams to ensure confident execution.
- Have 5+ years of experience leading product development in fast-paced B2B SaaS environments, including at least 3 years in seed–Series B startups.
- Combine strong technical understanding with deep customer empathy - you’re as comfortable with numbers as you are in a customer interview.
- Excel at turning ambiguity into action: writing clear specs, prioritizing effectively, and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Communicate with clarity and influence across engineering, leadership, and customer-facing teams.
- Thrive in startup settings where ownership is broad, priorities shift fast, and impact is visible.
- Analytical skills: Ability to define and monitor key product metrics and run effective experiments.
- Systems thinking: Skilled at turning complex data or workflows into scalable, structured processes.
- Communication: Proven ability to align executives and teams around priorities and trade-offs.
- Experience building or scaling data products, real estate tech, or fintech solutions.
- Familiarity with complex data integrations or verification systems.
- Experience presenting to enterprise customers and collaborating with GTM teams.
- Passion for improving the transparency and accessibility of real-world information.
Reports to the CEO and works closely with the COO and CTO.
