Minimum Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in managing a software development team.
- At least 5 years of hands-on Fullstack development experience.
- Full proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and .NET Framework 4.x.
- Experience working with SQL Server, including writing Stored Procedures, Triggers, and Query Optimization.
- Experience developing REST APIs / Web Services.
- Proficiency in one of the following Frontend technologies: React / jQuery.
- Knowledge and experience working with version control systems (such as Git).
- Experience with Microservices architecture.
- Experience working with Docker / Kubernetes.
- Experience working with complex, large-scale, multi-user Enterprise systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering or another relevant field.
- High personal responsibility and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Service-oriented approach and ability to work with multiple interfaces within the organization.
- Strong self-learning ability, innovation, and system-level thinking.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and strong verbal and written expression abilities.
