SAP HR Module Implementer - 234121

A large company in the food and beverage industry, manufacturing and marketing a variety of leading, well-known, and beloved brands in the Israeli market, is looking for an SAP HR Module Implementer.

Location: Hod HaSharon

What does the role include?

• Implementing Human Resources (HR) processes, including involvement in related modules
• Planning, organizing, and coordinating all project- and task-related activities, including tracking tasks to ensure compliance with goals, organizational policies, procedures, and standards
• Providing user support and troubleshooting
• Working closely with business partners and integrative IT teams to ensure timely, high-quality, and budget-compliant execution of plans
• Presenting task/project statuses, ongoing reporting, consulting, and supporting all relevant stakeholders
• Meeting budget, scope, and quality objectives

Requirements:

• At least two years of experience as an HR module implementer – mandatory
• Familiarity with various HR systems – a significant advantage
• Experience working in a large-scale IT environment – an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or Software Engineering – an advantage
