Personal Computer Technician

Position: Field PC Technician

Working Hours:

Sunday–Thursday, 07:30–16:30 (flexible arrival until 08:00 with a 9-hour workday).

Willingness to work evening shifts (15:00–23:00) and Fridays (08:00–16:00) as needed.

Overview:

Providing on-site technical support for hospital staff, including troubleshooting, installations, and maintenance of computer equipment.

The role is performed in a fast-paced, high-demand environment and requires responsibility, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work independently.

Required Technical Knowledge:

• Replacing hardware components: RAM, HDD/SSD drives, power supplies, and peripherals.
• Operating system deployment (imaging) and preparing new computers.
• Installing software and Office 365 applications.
• Configuration and setup of network and local printers.
• Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11.
• Basic experience with computer networking (LAN/Wi-Fi).

Additional Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience as a Field PC Technician or Senior Helpdesk Technician.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong organizational skills.
• High level of service orientation and ability to work under pressure.

Advantages:

• Experience in a medical or large institutional environment.
• Familiarity with enterprise printers (Brother, HP, Xerox).
• Experience working with medical computer carts.
• Technical certifications (MCSA / A+ / MCP or equivalent).
