Role Overview

As a Front-End Developer at GenOr, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing core UI features for our platform. You’ll work closely with product, backend, and design teams to deliver highly usable, efficient, and scalable front-end systems. This role requires deep expertise in React, strong architectural thinking, and a track record of building production-ready applications.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize robust front-end applications using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Translate product requirements and UI/UX designs into high-performance features and reusable components.
• Design platform-level UI architecture—state management, modularity, code patterns, scalability.
• Implement responsive, accessible, and pixel-perfect interfaces.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow.
• Own features end-to-end: discovery, architecture, implementation, testing, and rollout.
• Establish and maintain best practices in front-end performance, testing, error handling, and maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Must Have

• 3+ years of hands-on experience building applications with React (hooks, state management, context, testing frameworks).
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, bundlers, build pipelines, and modern tooling.
• Proven experience in platform building: component libraries, complex flows, dashboards, multi-module apps, etc.
• Strong understanding of browser APIs, performance optimization, and responsive design.
• Experience with API integrations (REST/GraphQL).
• Ability to break down complex technical requirements into elegant frontend solutions.
• Track record of shipping production-quality features quickly and reliably.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Next.js, server-side rendering, or micro-frontends.
• Familiarity with design systems (Storybook, MUI, Chakra, custom systems).
• Knowledge of A/B testing frameworks, analytics integration, and user session tracking.
• Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP) related to frontend deployments.
• Understanding of backend fundamentals to improve integration quality.
