Import Export Specialist

We are looking for an excellent Import Export Specialist to join our team in Israel.

Job Description:

• Owner of all Import/Export activities in the company. Working with internal teams and end customers
• Daily work with the shipping companies, customs agents and Israeli ministry of health.
• Ensure compliance with company’s KPIs and goals, both for import of raw material and RMA as well as shipping finished goods and samples.
• Coordinating all shipments with customers, and internal functions – planning, purchasing, warehouse, finance & other internal functions.
• Perform tenders, reports of shipments cost and continuous important plan.
• Initiate and lead process improvements, supporting organization’s cost reduction targets.

Job Requirements:

• Job skills:
• 1-2 years of experience Import\Export roles.
• Knowledge with incoterms.
• Experience in a courier company or medical device company – an advantage.

Computer skills:

• Exelnt acquaintance with all Office tools
• Experience in SAP ERP systems
• Language skills: Fluent English
