Salesforce Technical Architect

Supergas Power is looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the technical vision, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and will be able to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

The ideal candidate will have working interfaces with SF Developers, Solution Architects, SF Implementers, and Software Testers.

Key responsibilities:

We are seeking a Salesforce Architect to design and deliver scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions tailored to meet business requirements. This role involves developing comprehensive system architectures, including system design, data structures, and integrations.

Responsibilities:

·        Design high-level system architectures that prioritize scalability, performance, and efficient integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem.

·        Assess and recommend suitable Salesforce products, solutions, and third-party applications to fulfill business objectives.

·        Offer technical leadership and mentorship to development and implementation teams, promoting best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

·        Lead the design, development, and support of Salesforce-related projects, demonstrating leadership throughout the entire software development lifecycle.

·        Utilize tools like UML diagrams, design documentation, and established best-practice methodologies to create detailed project designs from inception to production.

·        Ensure systems meet business expectations by implementing thorough testing, monitoring performance requirements, and collaborating with development teams.

·        Champion standard development processes to ensure high-quality delivery of enterprise solutions.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in software development on Salesforce – Must
• At least 1 year of experience in architecture leadership on Salesforce – Must
• At least 1 year of experience in software development - Must
• Extensive experience in Salesforce architecture, with a strong understanding of Salesforce products, features, and limitations.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Technical Architect, Application Architect, and System Architect are highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Salesforce development languages and tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Component Framework, and declarative development tools.
• Extensive experience with integration tools and techniques, including API management, ETL processes, and middleware solutions.
• Proficient in cloud computing concepts, microservices architecture, and enterprise system design principles- an advantage
• Familiar with modern front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript frameworks) and Salesforce mobile development.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com integration, including connecting diverse business systems and utilizing integration tools.
• Advanced expertise in Salesforce configuration and customization, including programming with Apex APIs, Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, Apex Web Services, AppExchange deployments, and building Salesforce instances from the ground up.
• Additional proficiency with Salesforce Workflow Alerts and Actions, Approval Workflows, Process Builders, and Lightning Flows.
• In-depth knowledge of Lightning, VisualForce, Flex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Understanding of DevOps and release management tools for large-scale transformation projects, such as ClickDeploy and Copado.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science – advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams in analyzing complex problems and designing and implementing corresponding solutions.
