Community Manager

Role Description: This is a full-time, remote, founding Community Manager role. You'll own the community from zero to scale, organizing hackathons, building Discord as our primary hub, expanding presence across Reddit, X, LinkedIn, and developer forums, and turning support interactions into retention. This is a founding team position with equity, not a contractor or agency role.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of AI coding tools (Cursor, Lovable, Bolt, Base44, v0) and strong vision for where no-code/AI-driven development is heading
• Experience building and managing developer communities or running hackathons
• Proficiency across Discord, Reddit, X, LinkedIn, and developer forums
• Strong written communication—you'll be Anyx's voice across all channels
• Analytical skills to measure community health and implement improvements
• Ability to build systems from scratch in a fast-moving startup environment
• Passion for the future of software development and AI-assisted building
