Co-Founder (VP Finance)

Are you ready to build from scratch? FixPoint is set to redefine the European DIY market. We are developing a global franchise model with 45%+ gross margins, underpinned by technological assets and a strategic financial structure. We project deploying 2,500 units across Europe and achieving a potential exit valuation of over $400 Million USD.

We are seeking a Co-Founder (VP Finance) to spearhead the establishment of the company's financial core. We expect you to leverage your Investment Banking/PE experience to validate our valuation and successfully secure the Seed round from leading European Retail Tech and Prop Tech funds.

🗺️ Our Global Architecture:
FixPoint will operate from our Strategic HQ in Tel Aviv, managing the core IP and Tech development. Our operational efficiency is secured through a Central Logistics Hub in Łódź, Poland, and a Financial Holding structure in Sofia, Bulgaria.

🔑 The Role: Co-Founder and Financial Architect
This role is focused on foundation and creation, not routine management. This is your opportunity to become a Founder Partner and lead the following key missions:
* Validate VC Model and Valuation: Lead the Due Diligence process and present the potential investment valuation (3 \text{ Million USD}) to leading European Retail Tech and Prop Tech funds.
* Establish Financial Structure: Build and set up the international corporate framework (TLV, Sofia, Łódź) for maximum tax efficiency.
* FinTech Development: Architect the financial model for the FixPoint Capital platform (future BNPL layer) and secure bank relationships for franchisee financing.
* ROI Control: Build financial models that guarantee a 2.26-year franchisee ROI, the engine of our aggressive scale.
* Founding Team: As part of a 4-person founding team, your responsibility is to ensure the financial viability and robustness of the model.

📚 We Are Looking For:
* 5+ years of experience in Investment Banking (IB) or Private Equity (PE) – essential.
* Proven experience leading DD processes and presenting financial models to VC funds.
* Experience in architecting complex global corporate structures (Europe/USA).
* Fluent English and proven ability to operate globally.
Compensation: Competitive base salary (adjusted for the Pre-Seed stage) + Competitive Founder Equity Package.
