The role of Kitting Responsible – IPV Valve Assemblies Departmenti ncludes working with the ERP system to request and track components, building kits according to production plans, and coordinating with the Production Planning Department (PPC) to ensure timely material availability and alignment with production priorities.

The Kitting Responsible ensures all assembly stations receive the required components on time, supporting continuous and efficient production flow.

Job Description:

Responsible for the preparation of valve assembly kits (Kitting process) as part of the IPV Assemblies Department. The role includes working with the ERP system to request and track components, building kits according to production plans, and coordinating with the Production Planning Department (PPC) to ensure timely material availability and alignment with production priorities. The Kitting Responsible ensures all assembly stations receive the required components on time, supporting continuous and efficient production flow.

Tasks:

• Build valve kits based on work orders, drawings, and assembly instructions.
• Work with the ERP system to order and track accessories and components.
• Coordinate with PPC for production schedules, priorities, and targets.
• Maintain organization, labeling, and cleanliness in the kitting area.
• Track inventory levels and report shortages.
• Support assembly teams by ensuring full material availability.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, PPC, and Engineering to improve processes.
  
  

• Experience in industrial or production environments – advantage.
• Basic computer skills and ERP system knowledge – required.
• Ability to read drawings and understand production instructions.
• Responsibility, accuracy, and high organizational skills.
• Teamwork and good communication skills.
• Good vision and ability to stand for extended periods.
