Machine Learning Researcher

An Israeli startup developing an intelligent AI platform for marketing content creation is seeking a Lead DS/ML Researcher. The platform serves major gaming companies in Israel and abroad, enabling fast, accurate, and data-driven content production while significantly reducing time and costs.

The company is located in Tel Aviv, near the train station, and offers a hybrid work model with one day from home.

The role-

• Leads DS/ML initiatives, including identifying opportunities and assessing feasibility.
• Develops POCs and transitions solutions to production.
• Collaborates closely with research, development, and product teams.
• Creates new models, designs experiments, and drives data strategies.

Requirements-

• 5 years of experience in applied ML/DS, ML research, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading ML/DL ideas from concept to POC and production.
• Hands-on experience with deep learning.
• Experience with DL frameworks such as PyTorch.
• M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with LLM-based systems, particularly agentic architectures.
