In this role, you will lead training sessions for agents, plan training schedules, handle system-related inquiries, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and create clear learning materials that simplify the user experience.
Requirements
- Experience in the insurance domain (customer service, agency work, and similar)
- Experience in training or system onboarding – a strong advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High proficiency in Office applications
