A Leading Defense Company is Looking for a QA Team Leader!
📍 Location: Haifa
Position Description:
Full responsibility for managing the QA team, leading complex testing activities for integrated multi-disciplinary systems, and maintaining the testing infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
• Team management and leadership: Professional and administrative management of a team combining manual testers and automation experts
• Infrastructure and labs: Maintenance, setup, and ongoing management of testing labs
• Test execution: Leading and supervising tests in various environments, including WEB systems and EMBEDDED products
Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience from technological units in the IDF – mandatory
✔ At least 5 years of experience in software/hardware testing – mandatory
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience as a team leader – mandatory
✔ Experience in testing complex, integrated multi-disciplinary products – mandatory
✔ Experience in managing automated testing activities – advantage
✔ Knowledge of Python – advantage
✔ Security clearance at “Top Secret” level – significant advantage
