As part of our continued growth, we’re establishing a dedicated FP&A function to strengthen financial planning, analysis, and decision-making across the organization. We’re expanding quickly, powered by innovation, advanced technology, and a culture of ownership.

About the role

We’re looking for a highly analytical and business-minded FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team and build this new function from the ground up.

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will own key financial processes, from budgeting and forecasting to performance tracking and long-term planning, while transforming data into insights that guide company strategy.

This is a high-visibility, hands-on role that works closely with finance, operations, and leadership teams. You will develop frameworks, improve methodologies, and help shape best practices that strengthen how ZoomREI measures and drives performance.

What You'll Do

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking processes

• Own cash flow forecasting and scenario analysis to support long-term financial planning

• Build and maintain financial models to analyze profitability, KPIs, and operational efficiency across business units

• Identify key business trends and deliver actionable insights that influence strategic and operational decisions

• Prepare and present executive materials, including monthly results, dashboards, and strategic reviews

• Partner closely with the CFO to establish best-practice FP&A frameworks, reporting standards, and methodologies

• Act as a business partner to leadership across finance, operations, and revenue functions, ensuring alignment with company goals

• Oversee planning processes and continuously improve work methodologies, reporting accuracy, and decision-support frameworks

• Develop and strengthen financial systems and BI tools (NetSuite, Excel, Power BI, or similar)

• Support the integration of advanced analytics and AI tools to enhance strategic insight and visibility as the company scales

The Right Person

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration

• 3+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst or FP&A professional in a global organization

• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets proficiency

• Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP (strong advantage)

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills

• Excellent English communication and presentation abilities

• A proactive self-starter who thrives in dynamic, fast-growing environments

• Strategic thinker with attention to detail and the ability to connect data to real-world business outcomes
