System Analyst

With its development centers worldwide, Sela manages all or part of a client's product off-premise. For customers who prefer on-premise services, Sela provides staff augmentation services using highly experienced development staff.

We are looking for an experienced System Analyst to join our Information Systems team.

Responsibilities

• Collecting, analyzing, and understanding user requirements
• Writing functional and technical specifications
• Supporting development and QA teams throughout the implementation process
• Leading and accompanying system implementation projects
• Working closely with system analysts, developers, and cross-functional teams

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a System Analyst – must
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems, including mandatory experience with the Siebel CRM platform
• Experience with Billing systems – strong advantage
• Experience working in a business/enterprise organization – advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems – must
• Formal System Analysis training from a recognized institution – strong advantage
• Strong understanding of system integration and cross-system processes – must
• Ability to manage and lead projects independently
