Head of DevOps

We’re looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to take full ownership of infrastructure, deployment, and reliability in fast-growing SaaS AdTech platform.

This is a hands-on, one-person DevOps position — ideal for someone who enjoys independence, building from scratch, and shaping the company’s DevOps culture and practices.

You’ll manage and scale AWS-based cloud infrastructure, ensure smooth operation of Kubernetes environment, and work closely with R&D to streamline CI/CD pipelines and improve automation, performance, and security.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure on AWS
• Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / Jenkins / similar)
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog)
• Drive infrastructure automation using Terraform / Ansible / CloudFormation
• Ensure system reliability, cost optimization, and high availability
• Collaborate with developers to enable efficient deployments and environment consistency
• Establish DevOps best practices and serve as the go-to person for all infrastructure topics

• 6+ years of DevOps experience, preferably in a startup
• Hands-on expertise with AWS (EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, etc.)
• Proven experience managing Kubernetes and Docker environments
• Strong scripting and automation skills (Python / Bash / Go)
• Experience with Terraform, CI/CD tools, and monitoring platforms
• Familiarity with security best practices, networking, and system administration
• Proactive mindset, ownership, and the ability to work independently (“one-man show” spirit)
• Excellent English – written and spoken
