Project Management Officer

we are looking for an PMO with strong analytical capabilities, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead cross-company initiatives.

This role includes managing strategic projects, coordinating executive-level processes, and providing basic analytical support to guide decision-making.

You will work closely and directly with the CEO and leadership team.

What will you do?

• Lead and manage cross-organizational and strategic projects from definition to full implementation.
• Collect, process, and analyze data at a basic level to create clear insights and support decision-making.
• Track progress, timelines, deliverables, and ensure alignment with goals.
• Build periodic reports, summaries, and presentations for the CEO and business unit leaders.
• Coordinate workflows between departments, consolidate information, and ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify gaps, challenges, and bottlenecks, and drive solutions with relevant teams.
• Initiate process improvements and support operational efficiency across the organization.

What should you bring?

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management or Economics (required).
• 2–4 years of experience in project management, business operations, coordination roles, or basic analytics.
• Proven ability to lead projects end-to-end and work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with basic BI tools. SQL knowledge is an advantage.
• Experience working with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation tools, text/data analysis).
• Strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and quick learning ability.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present information in a clear and visual way.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership.
