U.P.PRO is looking for an experienced, hands-on Senior Technical Developer to lead advanced Agentic AI development for a global, industry-leading organization.
This is a hybrid position based in Israel, requiring on-site presence in Yoqneam 3 times a week, along with close collaboration with global teams (including some flexibility for evening meetings).
What you’ll do:
• Develop end-to-end Agentic AI solutions
• Build scalable code in Python, SQL, Java
• Work with LLMs, RAG, LangChain/ReAct and other orchestration frameworks
• Translate business needs into technical designs
• Lead unit & integration testing
• Support production environments
• Collaborate with architects, global engineering teams and end users
What we’re looking for:
• Min 8+ years of hands-on development experience
• Strong skills in Python (must), SQL, Java
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI or orchestration tools
• Background with enterprise systems / API integrations
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a global environment
• High level of English
