Senior Technical Account Manager & Team Lead

Who We're Looking For

We're on the hunt for a hands-on leader who thrives in a client-facing environment, knows how to manage relationships like a pro, and can still dive into the tech when it counts. You'll lead a small team of 3 TAMs while staying deeply involved with customers yourself. You're the bridge between our customers and our technical capabilities - translating needs, guiding processes, mentoring your team, and ensuring exceptional delivery.

Job Description

• Lead and mentor a team of 3 Technical Account Managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support in their day-to-day work
• Act as the primary point of contact for strategic customers - owning relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction
• Balance hands-on customer engagement with team leadership responsibilities
• Translate customer needs into actionable technical tasks and oversee their delivery across your team
• Collaborate with internal tech teams to ensure seamless execution
• Develop team processes, best practices, and handle escalations when needed
• Continuously learn and stay current on emerging cybersecurity trends and tools, and share knowledge with your team

Requirements:

• Must have - Hands-on experience with firewalls, EDR, vulnerability scanning tools, and SaaS security solutions OR a programming background coupled with deep cybersecurity knowledge
• 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of building strong client relationships
• Demonstrated leadership experience - whether managing teams, mentoring colleagues, or driving cross-functional initiatives
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders alike
• Fluent in Hebrew and strong English proficiency (written and verbal)
• Natural curiosity about technology and a passion for staying ahead of the cybersecurity curve
