We're looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to help build and scale our innovative care management platform. This role is ideal for someone passionate about meaningful products, excited to work across the stack, and eager to drive real-world impact in healthcare.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack features that power our care management platform.
• Collaborate with product, design, and clinical teams to turn complex challenges into simple, meaningful experiences.
• Use AI-powered tools to accelerate development, testing, and code reviews — always looking for smarter ways to build.
• Take ownership of projects end-to-end, from planning and implementation to deployment and monitoring.
• Contribute to architectural and system design discussions that support performance, scalability, and growth.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while continuously learning and experimenting with new technologies.
• Build products that truly make a difference — helping care teams deliver more efficient, empathetic, and personalized care.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in Full stack development, strong expertise in Javascript/Typescript, modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue) and backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, NestJS).
• Proven experience working with cloud platforms (Preferably AWS) .
• Thinks like an engineer and architect — understands how design choices, complexity, and performance trade-offs shape scalable software, especially when leveraging AI-assisted development tools.
• Familiarity and interest in leveraging AI-assisted coding and productivity platforms (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code).
• Cares deeply about code correctness and maintainability — views testing as a way to protect good work, ensure safe releases, and keep development focused and confident.
• Thrives in active production environments, taking accountability for incidents and keeping the user experience top of mind.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Real time analysis and live streaming.
• Prior experience in healthcare or digital health technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Nx and monorepo.
