A private Ad Tech startup developing a multi-platform system that helps merchants attract new customers to their stores.
The company is based in central Israel, close to both the regular and light rail lines, and offers a hybrid work model with one day from home.
Role Overview:
The team currently counts 20 employees, 10 of whom are based locally.
Leading a team of 5 developers, working primarily with Node.js and Python (approximately 50/50) on AWS, EKS, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines. The team also has occasional development in Go.
Requirements:
- 2 years of management experience
- 6 years of experience in Python development
- 6 years of experience in Node.js development
- Hands-on experience in Cloud environments
