Senior Full-Stack Engineer (React & Python)

LeanCon is building the most advanced AI engine for automated construction planning. We transform complex BIM/IFC models into optimized schedules, precise cost insights, and real-time site intelligence, moving construction from manual chaos to automated efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing (Responsibilities)

• Lead the design and development of robust, end-to-end features across our core platform, spanning our React frontend and Python backend.
• Architect and implement high-quality UI/UX experiences, focusing on complex data visualization for planning and scheduling.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with our product, algorithm, and data science teams to rapidly deliver reliable, production-ready features.
• Take significant ownership of platform architecture, performance tuning, code quality, and deployment pipelines.

What You Bring (Requirements)

Must-Haves:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science (or a related technical degree) from a recognized university.
• 5+ years of hands-on, professional experience as a Full-Stack Engineer building production applications.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with React.
• 2+ years of professional experience with Python in a production environment.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL or a similar relational database.
• Deep experience with modern web architecture, including RESTful/GraphQL API design and scalable cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• A proven passion for taking ownership, strong communication skills, and a commitment to building polished, scalable products.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with FastAPI or other modern Python web frameworks.
• Experience with Background Jobs (e.g., Celery, Redis Queues, or similar scheduling systems).
• Familiarity with cloud services like AWS or Firebase.
• Domain knowledge in construction-tech, BIM (Building Information Modeling), or IFC standards.
