Financial Analyst

About the Role

Futora is redefining how investors access and interact with structured products.

We’re looking for a Financial Analyst with strong market intuition, solid analytical skills, and a deep interest in building investment products from the ground up.

In this role, you’ll monitor global markets across asset classes, evaluate macro drivers, and translate market insights into actionable ideas used in our product structuring process. You will collaborate closely with product managers, structurers, and our research team to develop data-backed, market-relevant investment concepts.

This is a hands-on role with real influence on product development and investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Market & Macro Monitoring

• Track global equity, FX, rates, credit, and commodities markets.
• Follow key macro data releases, central bank decisions, geopolitical developments, and sector-level movements.
• Analyze correlation shifts, volatility regimes, market breadth, and flow dynamics.

Research & Investment Idea Generation

• Conduct thematic and tactical market research to identify opportunities for structured products and investment strategies.
• Evaluate sentiment indicators, technical factors, and valuation metrics to support idea generation.
• Propose trade concepts and investment narratives aligned with market conditions and investor demand.

Product Support & Analysis

• Contribute to the ideation and validation of new structured product concepts.
• Run scenario testing, stress cases, and market simulations to assess product behavior under different market environments.
• Assist in building light models, return projections, payoff illustrations, and performance dashboards.

Data & Reporting

• Extract and analyze datasets using Excel, Bloomberg, and other market data tools.
• Maintain market watchlists, risk indicators, and internal research reports.
• Prepare concise, insight-rich summaries for internal stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with trading, structuring, and product teams to align market views with product feasibility.
• Participate in internal strategy discussions and provide timely market commentary.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in market analysis, strategy research, structured products, or related roles at an investment firm, bank, or asset manager.
• Strong understanding of global financial markets, macroeconomics, and market microstructure.
• Proven ability to interpret sentiment, flows, volatility, and cross-asset relationships.
• High proficiency with Excel, Bloomberg, and other financial information platforms.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to present complex ideas clearly.
• Self-starter comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with derivative pricing basics, payoff structures, and risk concepts (e.g., greeks, volatility surface).
• Experience with lightweight modeling, Python, or data analysis tools.
• Progress toward CFA or similar certification.
