Talent Acquisition Specialist

• End-to-end recruitment for technology roles within an outsourcing model
• Ongoing collaboration with hiring managers and business clients
• Publishing job openings and leading recruitment campaigns
• Active and targeted sourcing, with a strong focus on LinkedIn
• Accompanying candidates throughout the entire recruitment journey – from sourcing to onboarding

• At least 1 year of recruitment experience in a staffing or outsourcing company – required
• Experience in tech recruitment or a technological background – required
• Proven sourcing experience, especially on LinkedIn – required
• Strong people orientation, high motivation, and the ability to drive processes forward
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Experience working with the Adam Total ATS – a significant advantage
